Celebrity Chef Waxman and Chef Phillip offer a cooking demo to the first 60 people who line up on Saturday during Uncorked. Learn how to use fresh farmer’s market ingredients to make an amazing salad and fresh pasta. The audience will get to sample both items. Saturday, 1:30-2:30pm at Ghirardelli Square. Chef Jonathan Waxman will be available after for a book signing.
